Words, phrases.. It's time for English horror!

I was packing all my worksheets and stuff,
when I found this worksheet which Ms Cindy Tan gave out during her first GP lesson.
The exercise was pretty interesting and I could never forget about it.
So... I'm gonna share it with you people.
Now, here's what you do.
This is something like a word puzzle.
You've got to solve the puzzle and get either a word or a phrase, get it?
